Introduction

Princess Jiashan, born in the 15th century and died in 1499, was a princess of the Ming Dynasty. Her father was Emperor Yingzong of Ming, and her mother was Consort Wang Huifei. In the second year of the Chenghua era (1466), she married Wang Zeng. Wang Zeng was the grandson of Minister of War Wang Ji, and a nephew of Imperial Concubine Huang Chong, favored by Emperor Renzong. Princess Jiashan had two daughters: one married Zhang Heling, the younger brother of Empress Xiao Cheng Zhang Shi, and the other married Sun Ming, Marquis of Huichang. She passed away in the twelfth year of the Hongzhi era (1499).
