Introduction
Jiang Fangzhi Yi (born 1949) is a director of the Board of China University of Culture. She was born in Kaohsiung and hails from Xinden County, Zhejiang (now Xinden Town, Fuyang District, Hangzhou). She holds both the Republic of China (Taiwan) and Canadian citizenship. Her husband, Jiang Xiaoyong, is the third son of the former President Chiang Ching-kuo.
