The family emphasizes that their actions are mature and firmly states their desire to resolve issues through proper legal means. Liu Kaiqiang, an official from the Public Complaints and Service Bureau of the Civil Affairs Department, mentioned that although the police have received numerous reports, the investigation has yet to make a breakthrough. Zhuang Bao’s family also requests the police to provide more effective protection and assistance to ensure the safety of family members.
