Zeng Haisheng (born July 1947), female, Han ethnicity, political figure of the People's Republic of China, member of the Communist Party of China. She has served as Political Commissar of the Management and Support Department of the General Staff Department of the People's Liberation Army, is a female major general in the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and an at-large member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
