Virginia Jefferson Randolph Trist

Virginia Jefferson Randolph Trist was the daughter of Martha Jefferson Randolph, who was the daughter of Thomas Jefferson. Thomas Jefferson, who served as the president of the United States from 1801 to 1809, was the son of Peter Jefferson. Peter Jefferson was the son of Thomas Jefferson, born around 1679 and died around 1731. Virginia Jefferson Randolph Trist was thus the granddaughter of Thomas Jefferson, the third President of the United States, and Martha Jefferson Randolph served as First Lady during Jefferson's presidency.
