Hannah Al Quadhi is the daughter of Elizabeth Strachey, who was the daughter of John Strachey, a British politician and writer. Elizabeth Strachey was married to John Strachey and was associated with Esther Murphy Strachey, an American academic, historian, and socialite. Esther Murphy Strachey was married to Gavin Arthur, an American astrologer and sexologist born in 1901 and deceased in 1972. Gavin Arthur was the son of Chester Alan Arthur II, an American sportsman and art connoisseur, who was the son of Chester A. Arthur, the President of the United States from 1881 to 1885.
