Diane Beaumont was the daughter of Wentworth Beaumont, 1st Viscount Allendale, a British politician. Her grandfather was Lady Margaret Anne de Burgh, who was the daughter of Harriet de Burgh, Marchioness of Clanricarde. Harriet de Burgh was the daughter of George Canning, a British Prime Minister, statesman, and politician. Diane Beaumont died in 1897.
