Introduction
Lady Susan Harriet Holroyd, who died in 1894, was the daughter of George Holroyd, 2nd Earl of Sheffield, an Irish Earl who lived from 1802 to 1876. Her paternal grandmother was Lady Anne North, the daughter of Frederick North, 2nd Earl of Guilford, who served as Prime Minister of Great Britain from 1770 to 1782. Lady Anne North died in 1832.
