Introduction
Zhao Daoxi Crown Prince Zhu Zhanbei (1411 – February 15, 1427), courtesy name Chaodan, was the eldest legitimate son of Zhu Guaosui, the first Zhao King Jianwang of the second imperial peerage of the Ming Dynasty. In the 22nd year of the Yongle reign (1424), he was bestowed the title of Zhao Crown Prince. His mother was the daughter of Ming Chengzu (Emperor Yongle). He died in the second year of the Xuande reign (1427) at the age of 16, and was posthumously named Daoxi. His half-brother, An Yang Wang Zhu Zhanzhuang, inherited the title of Zhao King in the seventh year of the Xuande reign (1432).
