Cecil Elizabeth Jane Wellesley

Cecil Elizabeth Jane Wellesley was the daughter of Gerald Valerian Wellesley, who served as court preacher and dean of Durham and lived from 1770 to 1848. Her maternal ancestor was Anne Wellesley, Countess of Mornington, an Anglo-Irish aristocrat and the mother of Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington. Arthur Wellesley was a British Field Marshal and served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom during the periods 1828–1830 and in 1834. Cecil Elizabeth Jane Wellesley died in 1883.
