Introduction
Qi Ji (1918β1999), courtesy name Dachuan, was a native of Dongning County, Songjiang Province, China (now Dongning City, Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang Province). In 1947, he was elected as a National Assembly delegate. Later, he followed the Nationalist government to Taiwan and authored several works related to law.
