Yang Shaojing

Yang Shaojing, also known as 'Shaojun,' was the eldest son of Yang Shangkun. He dedicated his career to China’s defense science and military industry, serving as the director of a research institute under the Commission for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (COSTIND). Through his leadership, he contributed to the advancement of national defense research and technological development.

In his professional life, Yang Shaojing focused on strengthening China’s defense capabilities and furthering scientific research within the military sector. His work reflected the Yang family’s enduring commitment to national service and the development of the country.

Yang Shaojing has passed away. He is survived by two daughters. While not as publicly known as his father, he carried forward the family tradition of serving the nation, making his contributions in the field of defense science and technology.
