Zeng Mumei

Zeng Mumei, born on September 27, 2013, in Hong Kong, China. Her father is Zeng Jian, a graduate of the Beijing Film Academy's Department of Cinematography, working as a cinematographer and editor. Her mother is Mei Ting, originally from Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, and a first-level actress. She has a younger brother named Yang Yang, born in September 2015.

Zeng Mumei's acting career began with early appearances in variety shows and films. In February 2016, she participated alongside her mother Mei Ting in the Mango TV reality show "Mom Is a Superwoman Season 1." On August 13, 2022, she played the role of Blueberry in the film "Broken Bridge," directed by Li Yu, starring Ma Sichun and Wang Junkai. The film was released in China on the same day, with the cast and crew meeting with audiences after the screening.

On March 18, 2024, the film "Good Stuff," starring Zeng Mumei, officially began filming. Directed and written by Shao Yihui, the film features leading performances by Song Jia and Zhong Chuxi. In it, she portrays Wang Moli, the child of single mother Wang Tiemei. The movie was officially released on November 22, 2024. On December 12 of the same year, she was nominated for the "Most Promising New Actor" award at the 5th New Era International Film Festival for her performance in "Good Stuff."

In 2025, Zeng Mumei received multiple awards for her performance in "Good Stuff." On January 10, 2025, she won the "Rising Star Award" at the China Video Chart hosted by "New Weekly." On January 11, she received the "Best New Actress of the Year" award at the 31st Shanghai Film Critics Awards. On January 27, she was awarded the "Best New Actor of the Year" at the 2024 China Screen Cloud List. Additionally, on May 20, 2025, she received the "New Actor" award from the Youth Film Handbook for 2024.

Her notable works include the films "Broken Bridge," "Good Stuff," and "Next Typhoon." She first appeared on television in 2016 on the show "Mom Is a Superwoman Season 1."
