Herbert Lee

Herbert Lee (Li Yingqiao), born in Hong Kong, holds a Ph.D. in engineering. He is the chairman and founder of XBE, a Web 5 application technology group; the non-executive chairman of DOT Corporation's Coinllectibles in the art and collectibles industry; and the non-executive chairman of DOT Corporation's Marvion in the media and entertainment industry. He has over 15 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Li Yingqiao is an entrepreneur with a scholarly demeanor. He believes in the importance of secondary innovation, as it can bring more high-quality and affordable products and services, thereby helping to improve the overall standard of living for the public. He continuously promotes collaboration with universities and research institutions to accelerate the industrialization of relevant products and to turn domestic academic research into technology products that can be enjoyed by the public in their daily lives.
