Liu Huijuan was born in the 1950s. In the 1950s, she participated in the Miss Hong Kong pageant and won the championship. In 1959, she married Lee Sau Kee at the Dahua Hotel in Central. The wedding was grand, with many guests in attendance. During their marriage, Liu Huijuan bore Lee Sau Kee three daughters and two sons, namely the eldest daughter Lee Pei-wen, the second daughter Lee Pei-ling, the third daughter Lee Pei-yi, the eldest son Lee Ka-kit, and the youngest son Lee Ka-ching. After marriage, Liu Huijuan mainly focused on family life, playing the role of a housewife until the establishment of Henderson Land Development Company when she began to participate in company management.
