Rong Zhifeng's date of birth is not specified. She is a third-generation member of the Rong family. She is actively involved in the business and charitable sectors, holding executive positions in various enterprises and serving in important roles within public charity activities.

In terms of business, Rong Zhifeng joined Shanghai Watch Industry Co., Ltd. through Hong Kong Haosheng Financing Company at the end of 2003, holding a 35% stake. She collaborated with Shanghai Watch Industry to establish Shanghai Hengbao Watch Co., Ltd., responsible for processing complex watchmaking techniques, including tourbillon technology.
