Wang Shouwu (March 15, 1919 – July 30, 2014), male, from Suzhou, Jiangsu province, was a Chinese semiconductor device physicist. He was a researcher at the Semiconductor Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Honorary Director of the Microelectronics Center, and one of the founders of Chinese semiconductor science.
