Introduction

Fuyu, a member of the Aisin Gioro clan, was a prince of the Qing Dynasty. His father was Emperor Yongzheng, and his mother was Noble Consort Nian. He was actually the seventh son, but he died young and did not receive a formal rank. He was born on the 25th day of the 5th month, in the 59th year of Kangxi's reign (around June 11, 1719), making him a member of the Qing imperial family during Kangxi's era.

Details about his personal life are extremely sparse in existing historical records; there is no detailed information about his birthplace, childhood, education, or participation in court affairs. Due to his early death, he was not formally assigned a rank or designation in the imperial genealogy. He died on the 13th day of the first lunar month of the 60th year of Kangxi's reign (around February 4, 1721), at about 8 months of age, and he was not posthumously granted a temple name or posthumous title.

Current available information offers no further details about his daily life or specific role in the Qing court. Most scholarly records focus on his birth and death, primarily relying on family genealogies and official chronicles. There are few independent biographical accounts.
