Elizabeth Gardner

Elizabeth Gardner was born in 1806 in Abingdon, Berks, and passed away in 1865 in Reading, Berks. She was the mother of Charles Truss, who was born in 1834 in Reading, Berks, and died on 4 July 1891 in Reading. Her grandson, Sidney or Sydney Horace Truss, was born in 1878 in Abingdon, Berks, and died on 31 March 1913 in Maida Vale, London. Sidney was the father of Clifford Owers Truss, born on 23 July 1903 in Willesden, London, and who died on 12 February 1992 in Shepperton, Middlesex. Clifford was the father of John Truss, a British mathematician, who was the father of Liz Truss, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 2022.
