Liu Jin (born August 1956), is a native of Enshi, Hubei Province. He is of Han ethnicity and a politician of the People's Republic of China. He serves as a representative of Sichuan Province in the National People's Congress. He graduated from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences with a major in anesthesiology and currently serves as the director of the Department of Anesthesiology at West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Since 2008, he has been a delegate to the National People's Congress.
