Yang Yiliu

Yang Yiliu, born in the 1980s, attended Beijing Broadcast Institute (now China Media University) where he received higher education. He has developed in multiple fields, including literature, film and television, and business. During his career, he has not only engaged in writing but also involved in the production and planning of movies and TV dramas.

In 2006, Yang Yiliu gained public attention with his novel "Searching for a Perfect World." The book depicts the lives of young people in modern urban settings, telling the stories of university students in art colleges and their pursuit of sincere emotions in society. Additionally, he authored several other novels such as "Summer of Cherry Blossoms" and "Vow," with "Summer of Cherry Blossoms" portraying the romantic relationship between the protagonist Liu Ye and a Japanese girl named Jiayang Saki, illustrating emotional ups and downs encountered in cross-national love.

In terms of film and television, Yang Yiliu adapted Hai Yan's script "Five-Star Hotel" into a novel, which received high praise from Hai Yan himself. In 2009, he collaborated with his ex-wife Zhang Zixuan to produce the film "My Name is Hao Congming," with Zhang Zixuan playing the female lead and Yang Yiliu serving as producer. Between 2019 and 2020, he also served as producer for the films "Ten Days of Games" and "Sent You a Little Red Flower," with "Ten Days of Games" released in 2020.

Regarding his personal life, Yang Yiliu met Zhang Zixuan in 2005. Initially, both had other partners, but their relationship developed gradually through working together as model co-authors. They started dating in 2005 and had cohabited for several years by 2012. Public records show that they legally divorced in 2014, and Zhang Zixuan announced this information on social media. Additionally, media reports indicate that Yang Yiliu was once administratively detained due to involvement in physical conflict, though specific details have not been publicly disclosed.
