Chang Li-heng

Zhang Liheng (born April 21, 1986), formerly known as Liu Ziqian, was born in Los Angeles County, California, USA. He is a Taiwanese singer and actor. He received the New City Mandarin Power Creation Singer Award at the 9th New City Mandarin Power Awards in 2013, the New City Explosive Mandarin Singer Award at the 2013 New City Explosive Awards, the Best Newcomer Award at the 2016 Macau International Film Festival, and the Best Comedy Performance Award at the 2019 Singapore Asian Film and Arts Creative Awards for Taiwan. In 2019, he starred in Netflix's "The Dreamer." He currently resides with his mother in both Taiwan and Hong Kong.
