Hongwei

Li Ke Jun Wang Hong (January 27, 1719 – September 25, 1780), was the tenth son of Prince Yin of the Second Rank, Yunzhi. His mother was Ci Furen, daughter of Cheng Shifu. The Liqin Prince lineage was in its third generation.

Life:

Born on the eighth day of the twelfth month of the 57th year of Kangxi (December 8, 1719), during the Hai hour. In the first year of Qianlong (1736), he was granted the title of Feng'en Fuguo Gong (Duke who assists the nation with grace). In the fourth year of Qianlong (1739), he succeeded his deposed elder brother as the third generation of the Liqin Prince. However, since the Liqin Prince title was not a hereditary peerage without extinction, his official rank was only a junwang (second prince). He died on the twenty-seventh day of the tenth month of the 45th year of Qianlong (August 27, 1780), during the Si hour, at the age of 63. His eldest son, Yong'ai, succeeded as the fourth generation of the Liqin Prince, but was demoted to a Beile (second rank prince) to inherit the title.

Consorts and Ladies:

Primary consort (Fujin): Guaerjia clan, daughter of Si Tiezhi. Secondary consort (Ce Fujin): Chen Jiazhi, daughter of Chen Gu. Another secondary consort: Meng Jia, daughter of Meng Duo. The Archives of the First Historical Archives of China contain a document from the Zongren Office dated the 9th day of the twelfth month of the 27th year of Qianlong (December 9, 1762), regarding the formal promotion of Meng, the concubine of the Lord of Zun, to the rank of Ce Fujin, following the customary rituals.
