Cai Huabo, male, born in 1976, holds Chinese nationality and has no permanent residence abroad. He completed his high school education and did not pursue higher education. In 1999, Cai Huabo went to Shenzhen and founded Shenzhen Jiangbolong Electronics Co., Ltd. The company initially mainly engaged in the MASK ROM business and gradually developed into an enterprise integrating memory research and development, design, and sales.
During the company's development, in 2011, Cai Huabo established the industry brand FORESEE, which mainly markets embedded storage, mobile storage, solid-state drives, and memory modules. In 2017, Cai Huabo acquired the internationally high-end storage brand Lexar, broadening the company's product line in the storage industry and making it a wholly owned subsidiary operating independently.
In 2018, Cai Huabo renamed the company from "Shenzhen Jiangbolong Electronics Co., Ltd." to "Shenzhen Jiangbolong Electronics Co., Ltd.
