Introduction
Luo Xiaoling graduated in 1965 from the Beijing Cinema Directing Department. She worked at Changchun Film Studio and other institutions, directing children's films such as "Little Dragon and Little Li," which won the Flying Apsaras Award. Her husband, Pan Jinyuan, is a cinematographer at the August First Film Studio. Her daughter, Pan Jie, is a film and television star. Her grandfather, Qian Zhuangfei, was an underground Communist operative. She passed away in 2019 at the age of 78.
