Rhoda Albee

Rhoda Albee was born on June 1, 1731, in Heath and died on July 19, 1819. She was the mother of Bethiah Chapin, who was born on March 12, 1755, in Mendon, Massachusetts, and died on October 6, 1829, in Townshend. Bethiah Chapin's daughter, Sylvia Howard, was born on February 17, 1792, in Townshend and died in 1866. Sylvia Howard was the mother of Alphonso Taft, an American diplomat born in 1810 and died in 1891. Alphonso Taft was the father of William Howard Taft, who served as President of the United States from 1909 to 1913.
