Thomas Wotton, 2nd Baron Wotton

Thomas Wotton, 2nd Baron Wotton, was born in 1587. He was an English peer and the eldest son of Edward Wotton, 1st Baron Wotton. Upon his father's death, he inherited the barony in 1626.

In 1608, Thomas Wotton married Mary Throckmorton, the daughter of Sir Arthur Throckmorton of Paulerspury, Northamptonshire. The couple had three daughters:

- Katherine Wotton (1609–1667), who was later granted the title of Countess of Chesterfield.

- Hester Wotton (1615–1646), who married Baptist Noel, 3rd Viscount Campden.

- Anne Wotton (born 1629), who married Sir Edward Hales.

Thomas Wotton died on 2 April 1630. As he had no male heirs, the title of Baron Wotton became extinct in 1630.
