Li Heping

Li Heping, born in China, served in the People's Liberation Army, accumulating extensive military experience. His military career began with the Nanjing Military Region, where he held positions including soldier, platoon leader, company commander, battalion commander, and deputy regimental commander in the 12th Army, 34th Division. During the Sino-Vietnam self-defense counterattack war, he served as deputy regimental commander of the 106th Regiment in the 36th Division of the 12th Army. After the war, he continued to serve within the PLA system, holding positions such as deputy commander of the 36th Division of the 12th Army.

Outside of his military service, Li Heping has also held roles in various national-level organizations. He served as Secretary-General of the China Patriotic Engineering Union and as Chairman of the Beijing Ruo Mu Charity Foundation. Additionally, he is an executive director of the Capital Charity and Public Welfare Organization Federation. In these roles, he primarily participates in and promotes the development of social public welfare initiatives and the implementation of charitable projects.
