Introduction

Hong Fang (1703–1772), a member of the Aisin Gioro clan. He was the second son of Yunzhi, the eldest son of Qing Shengzu Emperor Kangxi. In the twelfth year of Yongzheng (1735), Yunzhi passed away at the Jin residence, and Emperor Yongzheng hosted Hong Fang's funeral with the rites of a Gushan Beizi. Hong Fang inherited his title and was awarded the rank of Prince Zhongguo. In the 37th year of Qianlong (1772), Hong Fang died, and his son Yong Yang inherited his title, becoming Fuguo Gong.

Regarding family members, his principal wife was Huihe from the surname Huihe, daughter of Deputy Commander Boyi. His concubines included: Sun, daughter of the provincial student Sun Guibi; Y'ergen Jueluo, daughter of the third-rank guard Ba'83; Sun, from the Sun family, daughter of Sun Zheng; Jiang, daughter of Jiang Rui; Du, daughter of the fourth-rank guard Du Shigang; Hou, daughter of Hou Shibei; Sun, daughter of Sun Zhao; Jiang, daughter of Jiang Hu; and Sun, daughter of Sun Guoying.

Children’s arrangement was as follows: the eldest son, fourth-rank guard Yong Gong; second son, second-rank guard Yong Fan; third son, Yong Cun; fourth son, Yong Shi; fifth son, Yong Gan; sixth son, Yong Bu; seventh son, Yong Jiu; eighth son, Yong Jie; ninth son, Fuguo Gong Yong Yang.
