Mary Jane Holmes, born in 1821 and died in 1878, was the daughter of Ann Drusilla Tyler and the mother of John Anderson Truman. John Anderson Truman, living from 1851 to 1914, was the father of Harry S. Truman, who served as President of the United States from 1945 to 1953.
