Sarah Clark

Sarah Clark (1756–1825) was the mother of George Riggs, who was born in 1786 and died in 1851. George Riggs was the father of Maria Riggs (1806–1895), who in turn was the mother of Royal Houghton Doud (1836–1901). Royal Houghton Doud was the father of John Sheldon Doud (1870–1951), a meatpacking executive and investor in Illinois and Iowa stockyards, who retired at age 36 and was married to Elivera Mathilda Carlson. John Sheldon Doud was the father of Mamie Eisenhower, the First Lady of the United States from 1953 to 1961, married to President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
