William Taylor Jr.

William Taylor Jr. (1770–1854) was the father of William Taylor (1815–1867), who in turn was the father of Thomas Jefferson Taylor I (1846–1884). Thomas Jefferson Taylor I was the father of Thomas Jefferson Taylor, II (1874–1960), who was the father of Lady Bird Johnson, the First Lady of the United States from 1963 to 1969. Lyndon B. Johnson, the President of the United States from 1963 to 1969, was married to Lady Bird Johnson. William Taylor Jr. is thus an ancestor in a familial lineage that includes notable American figures connected through successive generations.
