Feng Lihuanqiong, born in Hong Kong, is an Executive Director of Hengliang Group Properties Limited in Hong Kong. She joined Hengliang Group Limited (the parent company of Hengliang Group Properties Limited) in 1974 as Treasurer and began serving as an Executive Director of Hengliang Group Properties Limited in 1976. By 1979, she was promoted to Executive Director of Hengliang Group Limited, becoming a key financial manager of the group.

Throughout her career, Feng Lihuanqiong has been primarily responsible for the group's financial affairs, including capital management and financial operations. As Group Treasurer, she coordinated the allocation of group funds to ensure the smooth functioning of the financial system. Additionally, she has served as a director of several associated companies within the group, overseeing disclosures of shareholdings and management matters.

Feng Lihuanqiong is the sister of Li Zhaoji, the founder of Hengliang Group. In 2018, during the Hong Kong Tuen Mun land acquisition by the Evergrande Group, she resigned from her related director positions. After Li Zhaoji's retirement in 2019, she continued to serve as an Executive Director of Hengliang Group and its associated companies, maintaining her responsibility for the group's financial affairs.

In 2015, Hengliang Group purchased land in Tuen Mun, Hong Kong, for HKD 3.628 billion. In 2018, Hengliang Group transferred this land to Evergrande Group via Fucai Development Limited for HKD 6.6 billion, with Feng Lihuanqiong participating as one of the directors of Fucai Development Limited in this transaction. The deal yielded a profit of approximately HKD 2.972 billion for Hengliang Group. After the transaction was completed, Feng Lihuanqiong resigned from her directorship at Fucai Development Limited.

As of 2025, Feng Lihuanqiong remains an Executive Director and Group Treasurer of Hengliang Group Properties Limited and its associated companies, continuing to oversee the group's financial management and playing a key role in the governance structure of the group and its affiliates.
