James Gascoyne-Cecil, Viscount Cranborne

James Gascoyne-Cecil, Viscount Cranborne, was the son of Frances Gascoyne, who lived from 1802 to 1839, and he was born in 1821 and died in 1865. His maternal granddaughter was Lady Blanche Gascoyne-Cecil, who died in 1872, and Lady Blanche Gascoyne-Cecil was the mother of Arthur Balfour. Arthur Balfour, born in 1848 and deceased in 1930, was a British Prime Minister, a Conservative politician, and a statesman.
