He Jiajie

He Jiajie, Major General of the People's Liberation Army of China, formerly served in the Cadre Department of the Shaanxi Military Region, holding positions such as officer, deputy director, and director. He later served as deputy director of the Political Department and director of the Double Support Office. In January 2013, He Jiajie was appointed Deputy Political Commissar of the Shaanxi Military Region, and in January 2015, he was promoted to the rank of Major General. At the same time, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the 12th Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress and as deputy chairman of the Legal Affairs Committee.

In early July 2015, He Jiajie was transferred to serve as deputy director of the Political Department of the Xinjiang Military Region under the Lanzhou Military Region. After resigning from his positions with the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee and the Legal Affairs Committee on July 30, he officially took up his new post in the Xinjiang Military Region.
