Zhou Zizheng, born in 1986, is a native of Beijing, China. Coming from a scholarly family with close ties to the early history of the Chinese Republic, he is the great-grandson of Premier Zhou Enlai. As a direct descendant of Zhou Enlai, Zhou Zizheng inherited the family's political heritage and has become a prominent figure in Chinese politics.

Regarding his family background, his father is Zhou Binghe, who is also a son of Zhou Enlai. Growing up in this environment, Zhou Zizheng was influenced by a rich cultural and historical atmosphere, cultivating a strong interest in modern Chinese history and the deeds of Premier Zhou Enlai. Many family members and relatives have participated multiple times in memorial activities, demonstrating the family's emphasis on history and patriotism.

In his professional career, Zhou Zizheng actively participates in matters related to the rise of the Chinese nation. As one of the main initiators of the "Union for the Rise of China," he currently serves as an executive director and deputy secretary-general of the organization. The union is dedicated to promoting national development and revitalization, and it holds a significant social influence.

Every year on the anniversary of Premier Zhou Enlai's death, the family and associated individuals hold commemorative events at the Zhou Enlai Memorial Room in the Mao Zedong Memorial Hall in Beijing. These activities include laying flowers at Zhou Enlai's statue and visiting exhibits such as the "Zhou Enlai Doings Exhibition." In the 2023 commemoration, Zhou Zizheng visited the exhibition alongside Major General Luo Yuan and Luo Qingchang’s son, expressing tributes to the Premier. During the event, Major General Luo Yuan mentioned future endeavors and expressed hope that the younger generation would inherit and carry forward the spirits of their predecessors.

Apart from these memorial activities, Zhou Zizheng has also publicly expressed respect for historical figures through conversations and interviews, conveying his understanding of his family history. His actions reflect a deep regard for family tradition and national service, demonstrating his sense of responsibility in contemporary Chinese society.
