Zhang Xiang (born 1943), Han Chinese, native of Daxian, Sichuan. He is a military general of the People's Liberation Army and the son of Zhang Aiping.

Born in Zhenhai County, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, now Beilun District. He joined the Chinese Communist Party and served as the former deputy commander of the Second Artillery and held the rank of vice admiral. In 2008, he was elected as a member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, representing specially invited persons, and was grouped into the fifty-fifth group.
