Kinuko Otani (born May 15, 1893 – April 1, 1974) was a Japanese woman. She was born as the fifth daughter of the Duke Michitaka Kujo. She was the sister of Empress Teimei and the wife of Koichi Otani. She was from Tokyo.
Regarding her education, it is believed that she dropped out of Gakushuin Women's School. In 1910, she married Koichi Otani.
In her career and official roles, she served as a major supporter of the Jodo Shinshu Hongwanji Sect. Furthermore, she served as the president of the Women's Buddhist Federation of Nishi Honganji. Additionally, in 1923, she established the Women's Vocational Guidance Institute in Ueno, Tokyo.
In the academic field, she served as an honorary chancellor of Kyoto Women's University and Musashino Women's Junior College.
Her children include Miwa Otani.
