Zhu Xiaoting, female, born in February 1946, native of Tengzhou, Shandong Province. She is a member of the Communist Party of China.
Zhu Xiaoting graduated in 1968 from Beijing Broadcasting Institute with a major in English broadcasting. After graduation, she worked in film translation at the Shanghai Film Dubbing Factory. Since joining the Shanghai Film Dubbing Factory in 1970, she has accumulated extensive experience and earned a high reputation in the dubbing industry. She has served as a member of the 4th Shanghai Youth Federation, head of the translation team at the Shanghai Dubbing Factory, and director of the translation department.
Throughout her career, Zhu Xiaoting has served as vice chief translator of the translation department at the Shanghai Film Dubbing Factory. As a professional in China's film dubbing industry, she is a member of the China Film and Television Technology Association.
Zhu Xiaoting has participated in the translation of more than one hundred films, including "Spartacus," "First Blood," "The Bridges of Madison County," "Speed," "Terror Zone," "Titanic," "Love and War," "Birthday Adventure," "Warm Human Emotions," "Deep Fatherly Love," "General Patton," "Death Trap," "Water Lotus," "Evil Under the Sun," "Dr. Edward," "The Destroyer," "Bad Boys II," and "Mystery Within a Mystery," among others. Her translations of "Spartacus," "Mystery Within a Mystery," and "Titanic" received government awards for outstanding dubbing.
Zhu Xiaoting's work has had a significant impact on the development of China's film dubbing industry, and her translations are recognized within the industry.
