Introduction
Zhu Cihuan, the second son of Emperor Chongzhen Zhu Youjian, was born to Empress Zhou. He was born on the third day of the twelfth month of the second year of Chongzhen (January 15, 1630, in the Gregorian calendar) and died on the day of his birth. Subsequently, on the second day of the second month of the third year of Chongzhen (March 15, 1630), he was posthumously honored as Prince Huaiyin. Zhu Cihuan never ascended the throne nor had any descendants during his lifetime. His brothers included Emperor Dao (Prince Xianmin) Zhu Ciliang, Ding Ai Wang Zhu Cijiong, Yong Wang Zhu Cizhao, Xuanxian Ciying Daoling Wang Zhu Cihuan, Dao Huai Wang Zhu Cican, and Dao Liang Wang.
