He Xiulian

He Xiulian, female, a native of Qian County, Shaanxi Province, is the wife of Guo Boren, the former Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission. During Guo Boren's tenure in military power, she was regarded as an important liaison role for her family’s dealings outside.
