Lydia Abbot

Lydia Abbot was born on September 29, 1675, and died on March 11, 1739. She was the mother of Isaac Chandler, who was born around 1717 and died on June 5, 1787. Isaac Chandler was the father of Abigail Chandler, born on September 11, 1741, in Enfield, Connecticut, and who died in October 1791 in Bainbridge, New York. Abigail Chandler was the mother of Chloe Smith, born on November 10, 1762, in South Hadley, Massachusetts, and died on February 17, 1847, in Brattleboro. Chloe Smith was the mother of Rutherford Hayes, Jr., the father of Rutherford B. Hayes, who served as President of the United States from 1877 to 1881.
