Elizabeth Hilary Laing

Elizabeth Hilary Laing was the wife of Anthony Francis Raikes, who lived from 1935 to 2013, and she died in 2015. She was the mother of Simon Anthony Raikes, born in 1965, who is married to Tamsin Margaret Jay, also born in 1965. Tamsin Margaret Jay is the daughter of Margaret Jay, Baroness Jay of Paddington, a British baroness born in 1939, who is herself the daughter of James Callaghan, a former prime minister of the United Kingdom who lived from 1912 to 2005.
