Algernon Coolidge

Algernon Coolidge was an American physician born in 1830 and died in 1912. He was the son of Ellen Wayles Randolph, who was the granddaughter of Thomas Jefferson. Ellen Wayles Randolph was the daughter of Martha Jefferson Randolph, making Thomas Jefferson his great-grandfather. Thomas Jefferson served as the President of the United States from 1801 to 1809, and Martha Jefferson Randolph was the First Lady during that period.
