Eunice Ludden, born on November 9, 1689, in Massachusetts and deceased on February 25, 1749, was the mother of Ebenezer Ingalls, who was born on July 14, 1711, in Rehoboth and died circa 1771. She was also the grandmother of Henry Ingalls, born on October 12, 1738, in Cumberland, Rhode Island, who later died in Otsego County, New York, around 1811. Henry Ingalls was the father of Mehitable Ingalls (1764–1821), who was the mother of Eliza Ballou. Eliza Ballou was the mother of James A. Garfield, who became the 20th President of the United States in 1881.
