Stephen Hopkins

Stephen Hopkins was born on August 17, 1706, and died on February 8, 1767. He was the son of Mary Butler and Ebenezer Hopkins Jr., who was born on June 24, 1699, in Hartford, Connecticut, and died around 1784 in Shaftsbury. Ebenezer Hopkins Jr. was the son of Mary Butler, who was born circa 1670 and died on May 17, 1744, in Waterbury. Tabitha Hopkins, born on October 16, 1745, in Harwinton, Connecticut, was the daughter of Ebenezer Hopkins Jr. and Mary Butler. Phoebe Millard, the daughter of Tabitha Hopkins, was the mother of Millard Fillmore, who served as President of the United States from 1850 to 1853.
