Yang Hui Ru

Yang Huiru, born into the Yang family in China, is the eldest daughter of that family. She has four siblings: Yang Huide, Yang Jianzhong, Yang Jianguo, and Yang Zi. Yang Jianzhong and Yang Jianguo are twin brothers and are respectively the eldest and second sons of the Yang family. Her younger brother Yang Zi works in the mainland Chinese entertainment industry as an actor and serves as vice chairman of Juli Group. The Yang family founded Juli Group through brothers Yang Jianzhong and Yang Jianguo; the group has a certain level of influence in China.

Economically, Yang Huiru has held a 5% stake in Juli Group since the company’s founding. She is also an important shareholder in the listed company Juli Rigging. Unlike other family members who have been actively involved in company management, Yang Huiru has never held an internal position within the group; instead, she chose to run a jade shop independently and operate her own business.

As of December 2024, the Yang family has realized cumulative gains of more than RMB 2.5 billion through reductions in their holdings of Juli Rigging shares. As a family shareholder, Yang Huiru plays a role in the family’s investments and asset management, but her specific management responsibilities have not been publicly disclosed.

Yang Huiru’s family background and commercial activities are relatively well known in China’s business community, mainly through her identity as a family member and her trading activity in the stock market. Although her personal business is relatively independent, her economic ties to the family group persist, reflecting the complex pattern of family involvement in corporate capital operations.
