Huang Fengchi (1909–1982) was the father of Huang Ju, former Vice Premier of the State Council of China and member of the CCP Politburo Standing Committee. His ancestral home was in Weitang Town, Jiashan County, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province.

Born in the late Qing and early Republican era, Huang Fengchi lived through a period of major social change. He married Jin Jingmo (1911–2001), and together they raised five children, all given names with the generational character 'De': Huang Dezhong, Huang Deyu (later known as Huang Ju), Huang Deqin, Huang Xi, and Huang Zheng.

As the head of the household, Huang Fengchi was diligent and family-oriented, emphasizing education and moral values in raising his children. His second son, Huang Ju, went on to rise to the highest levels of state leadership as a member of the CCP Politburo Standing Committee and Vice Premier, a reflection of the family’s emphasis on discipline and responsibility.

Huang Fengchi lived a relatively low-profile life, with no public records of him holding major official posts. He passed away in 1982 at the age of 73. His legacy lies primarily in his role as a devoted father and family elder, whose values and guidance shaped the paths of his children.
