Sarah Hadley

Sarah Hadley, born on February 13, 1735 or 1736 in Amesbury, Massachusetts, and deceased on November 2, 1799 in Newbury, Vermont, was the mother of Judith Stevens. Judith Stevens, born on October 26, 1771, in Newbury, Vermont, and who passed away on December 28, 1855, in Dunham, Quebec, Canada, was the daughter of Sarah Hadley. Judith Stevens was the mother of Malvina Stone, born in 1802 and died in 1869, who in turn was the mother of Chester A. Arthur, the President of the United States from 1881 to 1885.
