Song Wansui

Songwae Song was born on March 16, 2012, in Seoul, South Korea. He was born weighing only 1.8 kilograms. His family expressed concern for his health in his early years, and he wore a thermal hat at birth for warmth. Swangwae is the son of famous Korean actor Song Yiguo and his spouse. His family members include his brothers Song Dahan and Song Mingguo. Additionally, his grandmother is actress and National Assembly member Kim Yet-dong, and his great-grandfather was former National Assembly member Kim Duhan. The name "Wan Sui" (meaning "long live") was given by his grandmother Kim Yedong; it was originally a fetal name for one of triplets, with the other two named "Dahan" and "Minguo."

On March 19, 2012, photos of Swangwae were first publicly shown on the tvN entertainment program "Taxi Live Talk Show." Subsequently, starting July 6, 2014, he became a regular guest on the KBS 2TV reality parent-child show "The Return of Superman," appearing alongside his father Song Yiguo and brothers Song Dahan and Song Mingguo. This show garnered public attention. In August of the same year, Swangwae participated in a photo shoot for the magazine "Styler Housewives' Life"; on September 17, he, along with his family, served as torchbearers for the Incheon Asian Games. On November 20, he attended a photoshoot for the Korean fashion magazine "HIGH CUT." On December 27, 2014, he received the "Popularity Award" at the KBS Entertainment Awards held at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Seoul. He attended the KBS Entertainment Awards again on December 28, 2015.

On January 10, 2016, Swangwae guest-starred in the KBS historical drama "Jang Young-sil," playing a young beggar, appearing alongside his brothers Song Dahan and Song Mingguo. On February 7, 2016, he left "The Return of Superman," ending his tenure as a regular guest.

In terms of family, Swangwae is the third child among triplets; his father is the well-known actor Song Yiguo, and his mother's identity has not been publicly disclosed. His family background has attracted public attention, with his grandmother Kim Yedong being influential in both the entertainment and political circles in Korea.

Additionally, Swangwae has participated in various social welfare activities, including serving as a torchbearer for the Incheon Asian Games together with his father in September 2014, and releasing an emoji pack on KakaoTalk whose proceeds were entirely donated to charity. He also issued a 2015 calendar, with all proceeds donated to charitable organizations. These social activities reflect his family's commitment to公益 causes.
